1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Clean Cyclem CRM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The Service is proprietary software owned and operated by Alkasid Tech LLC ("the Company"). Access is granted only to authorized users with credentials issued by the Company.

2. Authorized Use

The Service is for internal business use by Clean Cyclem personnel and authorized contractors only. You agree to use the Service solely for legitimate business purposes: managing leads, recording communications, and coordinating follow-ups. Sharing your login credentials with any other person is strictly prohibited.

3. Ownership of Data and Intellectual Property

All data stored in the Service — including lead profiles, contact information, notes, call summaries, and communication history — is the exclusive property of the Company. The software, its design, and its source code are the intellectual property of Alkasid Tech LLC. No license or ownership right is transferred to users by virtue of their access.

4. Confidentiality and Data Protection

All information within the Service constitutes confidential business information and trade secrets. Users must not copy, download, export, screenshot, photograph, transcribe, or otherwise reproduce any data from the Service unless they hold Super Admin rights and act within their authority. Users must not disclose any information from the Service to third parties, competitors, or unauthorized colleagues, during or after their engagement with the Company.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not: attempt to circumvent technical restrictions of the Service; access data beyond their permission level; use automated tools to extract data; introduce malicious code; or use the Service in violation of applicable law, including telemarketing and privacy regulations applicable to outreach conducted through the Service.

6. Monitoring

The Company may log user activity within the Service, including logins, record access, and changes, for security and audit purposes.

7. Termination

The Company may suspend or revoke access at any time. Obligations of confidentiality survive termination of access indefinitely.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alkasid Tech LLC disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
