1. What We Store

The Service stores business contact information about potential and existing business partners (companies, contact names, business emails and phone numbers), records of business communications (calls, emails, SMS, meetings) including summaries and, where enabled, call recordings or transcripts via Zoom, and internal user accounts (name, work email, role).

2. Purpose

Data is processed for legitimate business purposes: business development outreach, relationship management, follow-up coordination, and record keeping. Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

3. Call Recording Notice

Where call recording or automatic transcription is enabled, users are responsible for complying with applicable call-recording consent laws in the jurisdictions of all call participants (including one-party and two-party consent states in the U.S.). Inform counterparties that calls may be recorded where required.

4. Access Control

Access to data is restricted by role. Copying and exporting data is restricted to Super Admins. User activity may be logged.

5. Security

Data is stored in access-controlled databases with encrypted transport (HTTPS). Passwords are stored hashed. Access requires individual credentials.

6. Retention and Deletion

Business records are retained for as long as they serve a business purpose. Contacts may request correction or deletion of their information by contacting Clean Cyclem; requests are honored where no overriding legal or business obligation requires retention.
